Contains Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Vitamin C and the omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA.

Glucosamine is essential for the cartilage cells of the body as a component for continued renewal of cartilage. Chondroitin is valuable for joint cartilage and is believed to reduce those agents that break down cartilage. Both Glucosamine and Chondroitin can help to reduce inflammation.

The Omega-3 capsules contains 30% of essential fatty acids, mainly EPA and DHA. Studies have shown that arthritis sufferers can benefit form taking Omega-3 fatty acids regularly, with reduced morning stiffness, pain and tiredness.

As the Omega-3 capsule does not contain vitamins A or D it can be safely taken with cod liver oil supplements containing these vitamins.
